Scope of Services
- Scheduling Module Design & Implementation: Designed and implemented the Scheduling module within EcoSys to support project planning, scheduling, and activity management.
- Project Schedule Management: Designed and developed functionalities for Project Schedule, Project Activity Schedule, Schedule WBS Activity, and Project Schedule Administration.
- Resource Management: Designed and developed the Resource Management module, including Resource Request Portal, Supply/Demand management, and Resource Timesheet Approval workflows.
- Earned Value Management: Developed a methodology for calculating and managing Earned Value based on project scheduling data.
- Primavera P6 Integration: Integrated Primavera P6 scheduling data with EcoSys to enable synchronization and utilisation of project schedule information.
- Earned Value Calculation: Designed and implemented the methodology for calculating Earned Value from Primavera P6 data within the EcoSys environment.
- Web Application Development: Designed and developed web-based application components supporting scheduling, resource planning, approvals, and project performance monitoring.
