Enhanced the SP3D piping support library through customized hanger configurations, additional catalog components, code-level extensions, and validated deployment in accordance with project standards.
Scope of Services
- Modification and customization of existing piping supports and hanger configurations in accordance with client requirements and project standards.
- Review and modification of 85+ hanger and support configurations.
- Development of approximately 40 combinations for rod hangers (RH).
- Development and incorporation of additional support components not available in the standard catalog, including Clavis hangers and connection plates.
- Creation and preparation of additional parts using Microsoft Excel for bulk loading into SP3D.
- Code-level customization and modification of support/hanger functionality.
- Deployment of customized components through DLLs into the SP3D environment.
- Execution of testing, validation, and finalization of customized support/hanger configurations.
