Scope of Services
- PBS Configuration & Customization: Configuration and customization of the Project Breakdown Structure (PBS) within SPO in accordance with project requirements and information management workflows.
- Document Management: Definition and configuration of the Document Management System (DMS) in SPO, including document organization, control, and lifecycle management.
- Tag Management: Definition and implementation of the Tag Management System within SPO to establish structured identification, classification, and traceability of project assets.
- Security Architecture: Design and implementation of the security model and system architecture, including access control mechanisms and security configurations.
- Roles & Access Management: Definition and configuration of user roles, access groups, and associated permissions in alignment with project security and information-access requirements.
- Change Request Management: Analysis, configuration, and implementation of customer-driven Change Requests, ensuring controlled incorporation of approved functional and configuration changes.
- FAT & Handover: Execution and support of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including resolution of identified issues, validation of configured functionality, and completion of the system handover process.
