S3D Modelling – Laser Scanning & Geometric Model Development

Scope of Work:

• Performed laser scanning activities for the Blending and Crude Areas using a Leica P40 scanner.
• Registered and processed the acquired laser scan data using Cyclone.
• Developed accurate geometric models based on registered point-cloud information.
• Utilised geometric models and DGN design drawings as inputs for S3D model development.
• Developed detailed SmartPlant 3D plant models representing the existing plant configuration.
• Performed point-cloud-to-model interpretation and engineering model development.
• Maintained compatibility with the specified S3D 2014 R1 and Cyclone 9.1 software environments.
• Supported accurate digital representation of existing plant conditions for engineering and design activities.
