Design, Detailed Engineering & Project Management – Overhead Tank

Scope of Work:

• Provided engineering consultancy and structural design services for a 200 m³ capacity overhead water tank.
• Conducted site visits and detailed site surveys to assess project feasibility and establish accurate site measurements.
• Prepared the preliminary design concept based on site conditions and project requirements.
• Developed a 3D model of the overhead tank structure.
• Executed detailed structural design and preparation of associated engineering drawings.
• Prepared Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed project cost estimates.
• Conducted regular site visits for quality inspections, design verification and construction supervision.

Key Deliverables:

• Structural design and calculation reports for tank and supporting foundations.
• General Arrangement (GA) and reinforcement drawings for the structure.
• GA and IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings.
• Drawing-wise BOQ covering major civil works, including PCC, RCC and reinforcement quantities.
• Complete Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Detailed project cost and quantity estimation.
• Technical support during construction, including site inspections and quality checks.
