Scope of Services
- Client Requirements Analysis: Participation in client requirement workshops to capture, analyse, clarify, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Use-Case Development: Preparation of detailed functional use cases based on validated client requirements, defining business workflows, user interactions, system behaviour, and expected outcomes.
- Functional Design Specification (FDS): Authoring and development of FDS chapters, translating approved requirements and use cases into detailed functional and system design specifications.
- SDx Solution Demonstration: Conducted client demonstrations of Hexagon SDx capabilities, including Work Packages, Projects, and other relevant SDx functionalities, aligned with the identified business requirements.
- Technical Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Participation in internal and client-facing technical meetings to review requirements, design decisions, action items, clarifications, and overall project progress.
